Returns & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Lindenwood House.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

● Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

● A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

● Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item and does not expire.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Sale or clearance merchandise

● Jewelry, hair accessories, and other personal-use items

● Gift cards

● Seasonal or holiday merchandise

● Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.
